DIGITAL CONTENT STRATEGIST
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to curate and create localised digital content that will help raise awareness and understanding of ADHD in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include creating both digital content that caters to the interests of our target audience. This may involve writing articles for our newsletter as well as scripts for our podcast, videos, and social media posts. In addition, he/she shall also be responsible for administering our website and social media channels to ensure that the digital content is disseminated effectively. Last but most importantly, the role shall be responsible for setting up the system to select and shortlist ADHD stories and to develop them into digital formats (newsletters, and scripts for podcast/videos.) This may involve working closely with our volunteers to not only create the digital content but also to train them in how to create the digital content on their own.
Specifically, the key tasks of the project includes :
Curating stories by designing system for shortlisting of story candidates.
Produce localised digital content (newsletter, videos, podcast, etc) by creating the mechanism for stories to be developed from idea to final digital form
Disseminate the content over internet (ie. SEO, online promotion)
Administer SPARK website and social media accounts
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing, publishing or communications. Familiar with uploading content to various content management systems such as squarespace & facebook. Preferably with lived experience with ADHD or caring for someone with ADHD.
